Dr. Shafiq Ahmed is a leading urologist, uro-oncologist, and robotic kidney transplant surgeon in India, with over 18 years of experience. 

He has performed more than 15,000 urological surgeries, specializing in robotic kidney transplants, and is among the few globally to perform these procedures regularly. 

His areas of expertise encompass robotic recipient surgery, robotic radical cystectomy, robotic partial nephrectomy, and endoscopic laser procedures for the prostate, kidney, and bladder, including holmium laser prostatectomy (HOLEP).

Dr. Ahmed has contributed extensively to medical literature, with numerous articles in national and international journals and several book chapters on urological diseases. 

As a respected speaker at medical conferences and a faculty member in urology training programs, he has significantly impacted the education of young surgeons in India.
