Dr. Milind Kirtane is regarded as the senior-most ENT Surgeon with 59+ years of experience.

He has successfully performed more than 3000 Cochlear implant surgeries.

He has conducted training workshops for several years on microsurgery of the ear, endoscopic sinus surgery, and cochlear implants.

Dr. Milind has taught more than 1200 ear, nose, and throat surgeons in these workshops.

He has helped set up over 70 cochlear implant surgery centers nationwide and signed an MOU with the government of Assam to train doctors in their medical colleges.

For the past 17 years, he has been leading training workshops for audiologists and teachers of the deaf to update their knowledge about cochlear implants. 

In addition, he has organized free charitable camps in rural areas across over 10 states in India.

Dr. Milind received a Certificate of Appreciation from Raj Bhavan, Mumbai, for actively participating in the fight against COVID-19 in 2021.
