He has introduced advanced procedures like Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Hemoperfusion, Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD), and Kidney Transplants in Faridabad for the first time.

He has played an important role in the field of Nephrology and Kidney Transplant Surgery, both as a doctor and a teacher.

In India, many patients with kidney failure are on regular dialysis because of a shortage of organ donors. Dr. Jitendra focuses on providing top-quality dialysis services to help these patients live better lives.

He is skilled in performing all types of dialysis and is also active in spreading awareness about early detection and treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

Dr. Jitendra is the Chairman of the Department of Renal Sciences and Transplant Medicine and also serves as the President of the Delhi Nephrology Society.

He initially joined the Indian Railways as a medical officer after clearing the UPSC exam, where he gained experience working with rural populations and during emergencies.

When Dr. Jitendra saw the need for more kidney specialists, he left his government job and got into a competitive program in Nephrology. At that time, there were fewer than 20 seats available in India.

Additionally, he worked on several research projects, and some of his work was published in renowned medical journals.

He also balanced corporate hospital responsibilities with his mission to treat patients from all walks of life, including those who couldn't afford expensive treatment, and provided high-quality kidney care.

Besides this, they held public education sessions, gave lectures, organized medical camps, and he is often invited to speak at national and regional medical conferences, and also teaches at Manav Rachna University.
