Dr. Tyagi is an experienced orthopedic surgeon who has worked on patients with spine, knee, and orthopedic trauma issues, among others, for the past 12 years and performed more than 5,000 surgeries. He has a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, fellow surgeons, and physiotherapists who help him perform over 700 surgeries a year using cutting-edge technology. 

He is on the faculty at Artemis Hospital and coordinates the education of orthopedic and spinal surgery residents and fellows.

Through the non-governmental organization "Center for India Progressing," he helps provide medical care and social uplift to economically disadvantaged members of society. 

He has access to state-of-the-art equipment for all of his procedures. His near-perfect success rate of 98% can be attributed to the arsenal consisting of Neuromonitoring, O-arm, Navigation, modular operation theaters, and a microscope.
