Dr Deepak Chaudhary was the driving force behind the conceptualization, subsequent commissioning, and operationalization of the SPORTS INJURY CENTRE, a first-of-its-kind facility built on cutting-edge technology.

He is a Life Member of the (ISAKOS) International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, as well as a Life Member of the Indian Orthopaedics Association, the Delhi Orthopaedics Association, the North Zone Orthopaedics Association, the Indian Arthroscopy Society, and the Indian Arthroplasty Association.
