Upon completing a 12-year period of work at the All India Institute of Medical ⁠ Sciences in New Delhi, she entered into employment within the private sector. She currently holds the position of an oncologist in ⁠ some of the major private hospitals in Delhi. 

One aspect of her research, she has innovated, crafted, and operated clinical trials ⁠ specifically targeting cancer for both the pharmaceutical business and university schools. Articles written by her have appeared in peer-reviewed publications and ⁠ presented lectures at both domestic and international cancer conferences. As the person responsible, she has overseen the planning and ⁠ execution of cancer research and global drug development.
