 Dr. Aseem R. Srivastava is a Senior Consultant in the Division of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery, with 16 years of experience in this field.

He earned his MBBS at GSVM Medical College, his M.S. in general surgery at King George Medical University, and his M.Ch. in cardiothoracic surgery at GB Pant Hospital.

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC are where he completed his residency and fellowship, respectively, in pediatric and neonatal cardiac surgery.

After finishing medical school, he went to work at the East Carolina Heart Institute, where he performed several minimally invasive heart operations using a robotic surgical system.

Dr. Srivastava's experience includes stints at several of the country's top centers for pediatric cardiac surgery.
