He received her medical degree from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), one of India's top 10 medical schools in 2007.

She subsequently attended Madurai Medical College, Madurai, to complete her post-graduate training in general medicine.

She applied to the famous All India Institute of Medical Sciences in June 2013 and was accepted into the DM program in Clinical Hematology the following June. After spending five years post-DM in Medanta - The Medicity, a leading private healthcare facility in the Delhi-National Capital Region, she moved to Artemis in May 2021.
